Shipping

Shipping within Singapore is SGD8 via courier.

All orders will be processed and shipped within 1-3 business days. Please allow for additional 2-4 business days for your orders to reach you.

International Orders

I'm not taking international orders at this time.

Returns and Refunds

Every piece is crafted by hand from start to finish, and I am afraid I do not offer returns or refunds if you change your mind.

Refunds will be offered in the rare case that items are damaged during shipment. Please retain all packaging and contact me within 24hrs of receiving your package.

Photography and Measurements

I photograph every individual piece I make, so what you see on the product page is the piece you will receive. (Unless otherwise stated)

All pieces are measured and photographed to the best of my ability and there may be small discrepancies. As ceramic surfaces are complex in nature, accurate portrayal of texture and colours are difficult through photos. Pieces may look different in varying lighting and viewing conditions as well. Do take that into account when ordering a piece online.
