About

Hi I’m Keneth, a photographer turned potter and ceramicist based in Singapore.
I make functional and daily ware, with emphasis on simplicity and my style of ceramics is greatly influenced by traditional Japanese and Korean ceramic styles, such as Shino ware, Kohiki, and the usage of ash glazes
I was exposed to such styles and pottery under the tutelage of master potter Lim Kim Hui , and most of my pieces are thrown off the wheel and fired in a gas reduction kiln. I combine my values and approach of my 10 years in photography to the craftsmanship of my ceramics, producing works that are understated and pieces that can withstand the test of time.
